If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us immediately at admin@organicfreshfoods.us within 24 hours of delivery. We require notification within this timeframe to address any issues effectively, given the perishable nature of our products.

1. Returns & Refunds for Quality Issues

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or is not of the quality you expected, we will gladly issue a refund or replacement.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

  • You must contact us at admin@organicfreshfoods.us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • You may be asked to provide a photograph or detailed description of the issue.
  • We reserve the right to inspect the product(s) in question.

Once your claim is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment for the cost of the defective item(s). Alternatively, you may request a replacement if available. You do not need to ship the damaged or spoiled product back to us; we will provide instructions for its safe disposal.

2. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Order Changes/Cancellations: If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We can only accommodate these requests if your order has not yet been processed for picking and packing. Once our team has begun preparing your order, we are unable to make changes or cancel it.
  • Failed Deliveries (Due to Customer Absence): If you are not available to receive a delivery and the products are left in conditions that may cause spoilage (e.g., extreme heat or cold), we cannot be held responsible and are unable to issue a refund. Please ensure someone is available to receive and properly store the order.

3. Non-Refundable Items & Situations

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for the following reasons:

  • Customer “Change of Mind”: We do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind about an order.
  • Incorrect Address Provided by Customer: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by you.
  • Failure to Receive Delivery due to unprovided access instructions (e.g., for apartment buildings) or refusal to accept the delivery.
  • Minor cosmetic imperfections on fresh produce that do not affect the edibility or safety of the product (e.g., slight scarring on fruit, misshapen vegetables). These are natural characteristics of organic farming.

4. How Refunds are Processed

Once your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to be reflected in your account depends on your bank or payment processor’s policies but typically takes 5-10 business days.
